A slew of posts recently on Singapore’s hidden finds specially for my (recently made) exchange friends here in Singapore and anyone looking for a little adventure/ date idea in this sunny island.
1 May 2014
To my surprise, they’ve removed the picture perfect rugged abandoned railway tracks. What is left of it is a green patch of land. Nevertheless, still a picturesque landscape!
My previous post brings you to the Bukit Timah railway track version in 2011 when I went.
Favourite shots from our 1 May date:
I get excited over untouched landscapes.
The mosquitoes at this abandoned house was no joke. You can literally see it trail you from behind you. Thinking about it now gives me the goose bumps.
Lunch at Gyoza King was incredibly appetising with a myriad of side dish selection for your set meal. It costs $16 per person. It’s situated near Cake Spade, at Orchid Hotel, Tanjong Pagar.
Incredible worth it for so many side dishes. I’d recommend you to share a set to 1) cut cost 2) cut calories 3) appreciate and not get sick of the dumplings. The fried dumplings have juice that squirts out each time you sink your teeth into them. I would go there again given the chance!
Let me know if you need directions. x
