One of the rare days I cook my own meal out of sheer fun.
Experimented with different garnishing (chives, coriander leaves, oregano, lemon & pepper) on my french toast, a little bit of protein, a little bit of fibre, a little bit of fat.
All using leftovers that I can find from my house- whole meal bread, egg white, lettuce!
Doesn’t take much to prepare a hearty healthy snack!
I need to do this more, and adopt a meal prep habit to school!
