Glutes, Hamstrings, Back are Crying Out Loud


1st gym session with Bryan
1st gym session after finals

Time: 12pm, after my morning shift

Regime:
45+20kg deadlift 5 reps
5kg walking Lunges 4*20
Rows 500m 3 sets
Pull ups + standard push ups; ladder

I can’t even bend down to brush my teeth for the without stopping to take a break from bending. that’s how much pleasure it is giving me.
